Richard has always had a flair for flavor. His culinary expertise is in Floribbean Cuisine, combining island flavors with Florida ingredients. After graduating first in his class from the Florida Culinary Institute, Richard held Executive Chef positions in various resort and country clubs, including the exclusive Wellington Country Club in Florida. Richard now owns his own business, Ricochef Catering, along with being an Inspired Chef Culinary Instructor. “Cooking is my passion. It’s what I love to do.   Inspired chef is the outlet that lets me give back the knowledge that was given to me.”

“I find the most fascinating thing about cooking is creating wonderful dishes that not only taste and smell good, but look great too,” says Lisa Gross, who enjoys the way cooking brings people together. “I often have friends over for dinner and cherish the fond memories of when we are all gathered in the kitchen or at the dinner table.   Good food definitely makes people happy!” Lisa takes this enthusiastic attitude into her Inspired Chef In-Home Cooking Classes. “I want to help others overcome their fear of cooking a find the joy in creating gourmet food.”
