Richard Hardesty, Los Angeles, CaliforniaExperience: Florida Culinary Institute; Executive Chef Wellington Country Club;formerly opened a Tapas restaurant in West Hollywood; owner of Ricochef Catering.

Richard has always had a flair for flavor. His culinary expertise is in Floribbean Cuisine, combining island flavors with Florida ingredients. After graduating first in his class from the Florida Culinary Institute, Richard held Executive Chef positions in various resort and country clubs, including the exclusive Wellington Country Club in Florida. Richard now owns his own business, Ricochef Catering, along with being an Inspired Chef Culinary Instructor. “Cooking is my passion. It’s what I love to do.   Inspired chef is the outlet that lets me give back the knowledge that was given to me.”
